What platform do you build websites on?

We primarily build on Squarespace due to its clean design flexibility and ease of use for clients. However, we’re familiar with custom code and other platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify if they’re a better fit for your project.

Can you redesign my current website?

Do you offer hosting or domain services?

Yes — we host websites directly through our maintenance plans, so you don’t need to worry about technical details. We’ll also walk you through setting up Squarespace hosting, domain connection, and custom email (Google Workspace, Zoho, etc.) if you prefer managing things yourself.

What’s included in the monthly retainer plans?

Our retainers include:

Do you offer refunds?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. This secures your spot in our schedule and covers the initial planning, design setup, and creative direction. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery or site launch.

Because of the custom nature of our work and the time dedicated to each project, we do not offer refunds after the final product has been delivered. That said, we prioritize clarity, collaboration, and include structured timelines and revision rounds to make sure you're completely satisfied with the end result.

No problem! We can start building the site’s structure and design while you finalize your content. We also offer light copywriting and content strategy support if you need help.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Absolutely. Every site we build is fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Do you offer SEO?

Yes — all packages include foundational SEO setup, like page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and clean structure. If you need more advanced SEO, we can offer that as an add-on or monthly service.
